I am a construction and project management leader with 38+ years of experience delivering commercial, residential, industrial, infrastructure, and institutional projects in the United States and internationally. My background includes hotels, multifamily developments, detention facilities, school renovations, refineries, airports, district cooling systems, and other utility-intensive projects. Colleagues know me as someone who stays steady under pressure, keeps projects moving, and takes ownership of the work from planning through closeout.

Over the course of my career, I have led field operations, coordinated subcontractors, managed schedules, tracked budgets, controlled documentation flow, and supported quality, safety, and turnover across a wide range of construction environments. I have managed projects such as a 126-suite hotel, an adult detention facility, multifamily and event center construction, school renovations, major district cooling plants in Dubai, and large civil and industrial assignments across Qatar and Saudi Arabia. My experience includes RFIs, submittals, change orders, inspections, punch lists, EOT claims, variations management, and coordination with owners, consultants, and trade partners.
